Melissa mattenson receives
NU Service Excellence Certificate

ITI Manager of Publications and Communications Melissa Mattenson has received
a Northwestern University Service Excellence Certificate this month for her work
on the Third Annual Lipinski Symposium on Transportation Policy. Service Excellence Certificates formally recognize a university employee who has gone above and
beyond the call of duty to complete a task or meet a goal for the university.
