Ahmad Hadavi is Adjunct Professor of Civil Engineering and Associate Director of the Master of Project Management program. His research interests are construction information technology and innovations, productivity improvement, labor motivational techniques, construction cost engineering, international construction, and life-cycle cost analysis of bridges. His work with the Institute has included an examination of “paperless contracting”procedures in Illinois in cooperation with the Illinois Road Builders Association and research on bridge asset management based on life cycle cost considerations.
