Mat Kotowsky joined the Institute as a staff member in 2003. He works to develop, install and maintain remote monitoring field systems to nondestructively monitor the condition of infrastructure facilities using the internet. He also is responsible for maintenance and repair of the Institute's many workstations and servers.
