A block of rooms is reserved November 13 - 15. Individuals should make their own reservations before October 31, 2011. Mention “Lipinski Symposium” when calling or use promo code LIP in the box marked "Group/Convention Code" when making online reservations.
The hotel requires a guarantee of the first night’s room rate and tax, which may be provided by credit card. (The credit card will not be charged prior to check-in.)
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours notice, by 3:00 pm, Central Standard Time.
Shuttle Busses

Shuttle busses will be available to pick up attendees from the Hilton Orrington Hotel and Davis Street Transportation Center Turnaround and drop them off at the Allen Center. The shuttle is free to attendees. No smoking is allowed.
Pick-up times are 7:00 a.m., 7:25 a.m., 7:50 a.m., and 8:20 a.m.
At the end of the day, shuttles will move attendees back to the Hilton Orrington and Davis Street Transportation Turnaround starting at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m.
Parking

Parking is available on-site at the Allen Center. Parking passes will be distributed on the day of the symposium in the designated parking lot. Refer to the symposium parking map for the location of available parking.
You must display a parking pass in your window or you will be ticketed $50 by university parking. The Lipinski Symposium cannot waive or adjust fees for improper parking.
